A project is considered confirmed once the required advance payment has been received. Production scheduling, scripting, shooting, and editing will begin only after project confirmation.
The project scope will be based on the approved proposal, quotation, and discussion. Any request outside the agreed scope may require additional budget and timeline adjustments.

Additional production requests that were not included in the original agreement may require separate approval and additional charges.
• 1-2 Videos: 4-8 business days
• Larger projects: Timeline will be discussed and confirmed before production.
Delivery timelines begin once all required information, approvals, and materials have been received.
Any delay in approvals or communication may affect the delivery schedule.
• Up to 2 rounds of revisions are included with each project.
• Additional revisions may require additional charges.
• Major changes such as script rewrites, concept changes, reshoots, or location changes are considered new work and may require a revised quotation.
For projects that include multiple videos or deliverables:
• Completed and approved deliverables must be paid for as agreed.
• Feedback regarding one deliverable does not affect payment for other completed deliverables.
• Deliverables will be evaluated based on the approved scope, budget, and production plan.
• Raw footage is not included in the project package.
• Clients will receive the final edited deliverables outlined in the approved scope.
• Raw footage and project files remain with Saven Solution.
• If raw footage or project files are required, they may be provided separately subject to availability and additional charges.
• Advance payments are non-refundable once a project has been confirmed.
• If production has already started, charges may apply based on completed work.
• If shooting has been completed, the project fee remains payable.
Full usage rights for the final deliverables are transferred to the client after complete payment has been received.
Clients are requested to provide feedback within 7 days of receiving a draft.
If no feedback is received within this period, the project may be considered approved and moved to final delivery.
Saven Solution may showcase completed work in its portfolio, website, presentations, and social media platforms unless otherwise agreed before project commencement.
We believe the best results come from clear communication, timely feedback, and a collaborative working relationship.
